Hello everyone,
Andy would like to know what you would like to learn from him. If you can’t make it to this Saturdays class please add a thread here.

He would like to make this as good for you as it is for him….:)

Really, please give him something to think about.

Andy,

I haven’t seen all of your Creature Factory, so I may be asking for some things that have been covered in that tutorial set. But here are a few ideas:

From start to finish on creating a clean, relatively simple mesh (like your PC mouse model,) and showing how to UV map it using a texture image that you quickly show us how to paint (dust, dirt, blood, stains,) and some nice, complex node setups that give us stunning results with low rendertimes – more than just showing how to make something have a simple glow with some blur nodes.

Thanks!

And since we have a Blender master among us, I strongly suggest we throw our hardest questions and needs at him – this is an extremely rare opportunity to have such a skilled and gifted user among us. Cheers for @ndy!

All right, I’ve got a question for the class… Fur animation is a big problem for me, anyways, is there any way to make the fur actually interact with liquids?

Thanks,
Wolf
