Please be patient – the site is still building. I’m sure Dipingo has a record of your transaction and will be in touch with you shortly to give you a download link.
Right now I know he’s implementing a whole shopping cart process that leads to either a streaming link or a download link (I think he’s aiming for offering both).

We’ll make sure to get you your tutorial ASAP. (I’ll bug Dipingo all day if I have to).

yo, this is the reason i came to this site. to buy this tutorial. but guys, now that i bought it, i’ve never been able to see it all. why? slow connection. Why don’t you have a download link for this? i paid for it but i can’t watch it.

banor you may try to enable the “continue physics” option into the “playback” menu in Timeline View. Then, hit the play button into the timeline view and after the animation runs the first time, you will be able grab you object around with the hair moving too…. =)

OK, well… I would like to see the recorded version of the class, then… or, rather, talk with you via IM. I am having trouble being able to move (grab) the mesh with the particle hairs while the animation is playing back, so I can move the object and watch the hair move in real-time. I got it to work, but now it’s not working. Anyhow… thanks!

Thanks for the class, dipingo! It was good to actually see what a class was like and meet some other Blenderheads. I knew a lot of what was taught, simply because I have played with weight painting and hair before and I enjoy trying to learn Blender, but I learned about Children. I hadn’t gotten that to work with Blender before, or if I have… anyhow, nevermind. But I need to learn (a ton more) about cutting a mesh to unwrap it, as well as physics with hair… etc. Anyhow, thanks for the class, it was good to be with everyone, to try out a class, and hopefully this will spur me on to do some more Blender and learn more about hair – and besides, you mentioned boids – I really want to find out what lies with that… Sadly there were audio hold-up problems… anyhow.
